- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I used to go here a lot. After what I went through today and the rudeness of the employees, I bet I never go again. I've never seen so much inconsistency in one company in my life. I don't understand how something can be okay one time and not okay the next. Maybe the employees should know that if a regular customer (at any business) should not be treated rudely when they say they haven't had any problems with something being pawned a certain way in the past. The women should have got the manager and brought him over to talk to me when I said I pawned my item the way it was in the past and it was okay and the manager could have made a real judgement call on what to do or explained if policy changed since the last time I was in. Those women were so rude for long time employees. Maybe they don't like their jobs anymore and need to find new jobs. So sad you had to lose at least 2 customers over rude employees and bad decision making skills . Now I have to look for a shop in Winston Salem. This issue was resolved by the owner immediately.
