- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been doing business with this store for years. It has always been a pleasure to stop in until it changed ownership. If you look at the reviews you'll notice the old reviews are all 5s and one 4. All the new reviews are 1s which is the worst score you can possibly get. That means that if the scores weren't there from the old ownership, that the scores under the new ownership would be a Google review average of 1.0. To put that in perspective, that means that no establishment in the world could have a worse score. Since the new owner bought this store, my customers have been complaining about damaged packaging. One day I saw one of the kids working there crush one of my boxes right in front of me. When I asked her to please not do that, she actually said that she didn't do it even though she knew that I just saw her do it. If you have to meet the new owner, you will see the root of the problems. The new owner lacks the personality, skills, and professionalism needed to take care of UPS's customers. I'm going to look into switching my company account from UPS to FedEx. That way I don't have to come to this store anymore.By Arnold Layne, September 20, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am so thankful for meeting April ! I have been through a handful of lawyer's prior to her and I was let down in so many ways , it was very frustrating and costly . Our first meeting was great , I felt relieved and in good hands. I could tell and sense she stood for what was right and fair. She wasn't just concerned with winning my case but she also felt concern for my kids . The best way to describe my experience is it felt like I had family fighting for me and I could feel at ease knowing they would stand for me and my situation all the way to the end . AND SHE DID. Also , I didn't have a lot of money especially after loosing it to other lawyers who only seemed to be interested in taking the easiest path of resistance.
